Centrifugal Casting

Babbitt is spun to the bearing housing in spin fixtures actuated by variable speed driveunits, allowing casting at the precise optimum speed for maximum bonding strength.

Static Pouring

PME pours each bearing in one continuous pour, eliminating the possibility of lamination in the babbitt, and the risk of premature bearing failure.

Hydro Electric Segmented Guide Shoes
